When I tell you that drinking milk will lead you to loose weight, it may appear absurd to you. But I am telling it out of my own experience. But the condition is reverse. I used to take a glass of milk twice daily, morning before breakfast and in the evening. When I stopped this habit of taking milk, I started to put on weight. Why did it happen?
