The Perfect Summer Exercise-Hiking

Now that the suns out and the weather is heating up, you may be looking to take workout outdoors. If you’ve never tried hiking you are really missing out. There are so many benefits to be had from this exercise and did I mention that it’s free? Hiking is great aerobic workout, getting your heart beating and causing you to breath a little harder and sweat a little more. The incline that you will be traveling on will do wonders to tone your calves, thighs, and butt. This isn’t only a great cheap way of getting in shape, but you can easily make it into an activity for you and the family, your pet, or that special someone. Make it into a day activity. Pack a lunch with a blanket and have a lovely picnic out in the fresh air. Hiking is an all around great activity. It’s fun, healthy, and will show you results.
